Production of tailored springs
We specialise in the production of specially-shaped wire springs with diameters ranging from 0.5 mm to 6 mm. Our machines mean we can automatically produce both small and large batches of springs. The springs are made of various types of spring steel wire (SM-B, SM-Z, SM-ZA), stainless steel 302 wire and piano wire.
The materials we use offer greater mechanical resistance. After shaping, each spring can be heat treated, also referred to as stabilisation treatment, to enhance their lifespan.

Usage
The company produces all types of springs, whatever the need. A spring can refer to a wide variety of parts and a spring can have a number of different functions. Here are just a few examples.
